Monte Cristo is seeking enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team as Supervisor.

Position: Supervisor

Location: Delta, B.C.

Positions: 2

Wage: $29.19/hr for 30-40 hours/week

Overtime: Yes

Key Responsibilities:
·         Coordinate production schedules and adjust as needed.

·         Manage and train staff.

·         Monitor and maintain product quality and safety standards.

·         Manage inventory of ingredients and finished products.

·         Enforce safety protocols and investigate incidents.

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.

·         Collaborate on product development and recipe improvements.

·         Maintain production records and prepare reports.

·         Communicate with other departments and address customer inquiries.

·         Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:
Secondary school education or equivalent.
·         7 months to less than 1 year

Effective communication and teamwork skills.
