Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and manage S&S Snappy Cleaners Ltd. As the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of organizational policies, resource allocation, and the overall strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

–       Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.

–       Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.

–       Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

–       Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee human resources planning.

–       Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.

–       Represent the organization or delegate representatives in negotiations and other official functions.

–       Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; create optimal working conditions.

–       Supervise team members to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Position: Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at S&S Snappy Cleaners Ltd. The Sales Supervisor will play a key role in managing the sales team, driving customer satisfaction, and optimizing sales processes to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate sales staff, ensuring top performance and meeting sales targets.
Prepare work schedules and assign duties to the sales team to maximize productivity.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand and prevent shortages.
Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Train and mentor sales staff to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports on performance and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with management to develop business strategies and sales plans.
Experience and Education:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
High school diploma or equivalent
Salary:

$28.85 per hour
30-40 hours per week
Overtime applicable as per the Employment Standards Act
