Job Responsibilities:

Oversee entire demolition projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and government officials for permits and inspections.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Supervise Foremen and site teams, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
Prepare production reports, compliance documents, and project updates.
Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluation of demolition crew members.
Address on-site challenges, including equipment malfunctions and workflow issues.
Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role in demolition or construction.
Language: English proficiency.
Work Conditions: Requires frequent travel to different project sites.

2. Site Supervisor– Construction

📍 Location: Various Locations in Lower Mainland and Island, BC
💰 Salary: $34.62 per hour
🕒 Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
📅 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise demolition crews, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.
Assign and coordinate tasks, ensuring projects follow schedules and quality standards.
Oversee equipment operation and material handling, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
Train and mentor workers in safe demolition techniques and site preparation.
Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations, enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
Monitor hazardous material handling, ensuring proper containment and disposal.
Read and interpret blueprints and site plans, guiding demolition activities accordingly.
Report project progress, safety incidents, and workforce performance to management.

Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in supervision or construction leadership.
Language: English proficiency.
Work Conditions: Frequent travel to various project sites.
