Dhanti Investments Ltd. dba Subway located #6-400 Capilano Rd, Port Moody BC V3H 0E6 is looking for 1 full-time, permanent Food Service Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Position Available: 1

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Duration: 35-40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Work Location: #6-400 Capilano Rd, Port Moody BC V3H 0E6

Job Duties:

·       Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,

·       Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,

·       Ensure food service and quality control,

·       Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,

·       Prepare and submit reports,

·       Prepare food order summaries for chef,

·       Supervise and check assembly of trays,

·       Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys,

·       Establish work schedules

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

·         Prepare budget and cost estimates

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Job Requirements:

Language: English

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods

Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills
