Assistant Manager Full Time

1468476 B.C. LTD DBA Mondo Restaurant, located at 9223 100st Fort St. John, BC, Canada, V1J 3X3 is looking for an Assistant Manager with minimum high school education. The candidate
should also have either a minimum of 1 year of related experience or diploma/ certificate in relevant education. Pay per hour will be $36.65 . This is a permanent full-time position for 30-40 hours a
week.
Following is major set of duties but not limited to:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
· Maximizes restaurant profitability and meet restaurant financial objectives.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
· Recruit, train and supervise staff of restaurant.
