Job Overview
Chahal Painting is seeking three experienced Commercial Painters to join our growing team. Successful candidates will perform a variety of painting and wall-covering duties on commercial construction and renovation projects throughout Surrey and the surrounding area.

Job Duties:
Prepare, clean, sand, and prime surfaces for painting.
Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections.
Mix paints to desired colours and textures.
Select and prepare appropriate paints, coatings, and finishes.
Apply paint, stains, coatings, wallpaper, wood veneers, and other decorative materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
Measure, cut, and install wallpaper and other wall coverings.
Advise clients on paint colours, finishes, and wall-covering options.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

Work environment
Commercial buildings and construction sites.
Various job sites throughout Surrey and the Lower Mainland.
Work at heights and outdoors may be required.
Employer-provided transportation to and from job sites.

Requirements
Completion of secondary school.
3 to less than 5 years of experience as a commercial painter.
Experience applying wallpaper and wood veneers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to travel between job sites.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
