Assistant Manager Full Time

Kurry King Authentic Indian Feast located at #137 2745 Veterans Memorial
Parkway Langford, BC, V9B 0H4 is looking for Assistant manager restaurant. The candidate should
have either minimum 1 to 2 years of experience or diploma/certificate in relevant
field. Pay per hour will be $28.00 to $36.65 (to be negotiated). This is permanent full-time position
with 30-40 hours per week.

Some of the duties of Assistant manager restaurant are :

Evaluate daily operations
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Train staff
Conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
