Assistant Manager- Restaurant Full Time

Black Forest Restaurant located at 180 Esplanade Ave., Harrison Hot Springs, BC, V0M 1K0 is looking for Assistant Manager with minimum High School Education. Eligible candidate should also have at least 1 year of relevant work experience or a diploma or degree in business or related field. Pay per hour will be $37.00 . This is permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours per week.
Job duties are some of the following:
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
