Delta Rise Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support the clinic’s growth, patient outreach, community engagement, and digital marketing activities. This is a new employee position created to support the clinic’s ongoing business development and client-service needs.
Important Employment Term:
This is a permanent employee position. It is not a freelance, remote, contractor, or project-only opportunity.
Main Duties:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and related health services.
Manage social media platforms, website content, online listings, Google Business Profile, and digital advertising campaigns.
Prepare marketing materials, newsletters, brochures, online posts, and clinic communications.
Coordinate local outreach with community organizations, gyms, sports groups, referral partners, and potential clients.
Track marketing performance, patient inquiries, campaign results, and prepare reports for management.
Maintain consistent branding and ensure all public-facing content accurately reflects clinic services.
Coordinate with clinic management and practitioners to ensure marketing materials are professional, accurate, and compliant with healthcare service standards.
Support vendor communication, advertising schedules, promotional planning, and marketing budget tracking.
Requirements:
College diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing, digital marketing, communications, or social media coordination experience.
Experience with social media platforms, content creation, Canva or Adobe tools, Google Business Profile, basic SEO, email marketing, and campaign reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, rehabilitation, or local service-based marketing is an asset.
Must be available to work on-site at the Delta clinic location.
