Higho Market Ltée-Ltd is a community-based convenience store, fuel centre, and food service establishment serving residents of Caissie Cape and the surrounding communities. In addition to fuel sales, the business offers grocery and convenience items, an in-house pizza kitchen, takeout food, car wash services, propane exchange, parcel services, U-Haul rentals, lottery products, hunting and fishing licence sales, and other essential retail services. Operating seven days a week, Higho Market is committed to providing reliable, high-quality service to local residents, commercial customers, and travellers.
Position Overview
Higho Market is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to manage commercial customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with suppliers and service partners, and support the continued growth of the company’s retail, fuel, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify business opportunities and promote the company’s fuel, convenience retail, food service, parcel, and rental services.
-Prepare, negotiate, and administer sales, rental, and service agreements, including U-Haul rental contracts and commercial service arrangements.
-Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to increase revenue
-Monitor account profitability, pricing structures, and service agreements, and recommend adjustments to improve financial performance and customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to maintain product availability, support inventory planning, and optimize business operations.
– Ensure company operations related to hunting and fishing licence sales comply with applicable regulations and provide guidance to staff regarding licensing requirements and procedures.
Qualifications
College diploma (College/CEGEP) in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
3 years to less than 5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer relationship management, or a related business environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
