Black Forest Restaurant located at 180 Esplanade Ave., Harrison Hot Springs, BC, V0M 1K0 is looking for Assistant Manager with minimum High School Education . Eligible candidate should also have at least 1 year of relevant work experience or a diploma or degree in business or related field. Pay per hour will be $37.00 . This is permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours per week.
Job duties are some of the following:
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
