General Manager Full Time

YAS FOODS LTD. Doing Business As Ozikizler Turkish Restaurant I hiring a General Manager.
The General Manager is expected to work 30 hours per week for an annual salary of $ 134,234.88 per year and to perform the following job duties:
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all restaurant operations
Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
Develop and implement training programs for restaurant staff
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and revenue
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Develop and manage the restaurant budget
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all restaurant operations, for
improving efficiency and consistency across multiple locations.
Analyzing restaurant performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement,
leading to a 20% increase in overall sales and a 5% decrease in customer complaints.
To manage and optimize the restaurant budget, reducing costs by 10% while maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
To connect with local vendors for specialty ingredients by negotiating prices below 6%
of the market value.
To assess kitchenware needs, ordering replacements and repairs to result 0% of
equipment malfunction during operating hours.
To supervise staff, disciplining with oral reprimands, written warnings, and suspension
as needed (To maintain 4.8 stars in google reviews through reliable and communicative
staff)
