Truck Trailer Mechanic Full Time

Jas Truck & Trailer Repair Inc. located on 1902 E Redbear Avenue, Regina, SK S4N4N7, is currently looking for two (2) Truck and Trailer Mechanics. Candidates to have one-year post-secondary relevant education or equivalent experience. Pay will be $33.60 per hour. This is a full-time job position for 30 – 40 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for this position & person to be willing to work in any shift. Duties include the following:

–          Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems

–          Confirm finding with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit

–          Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions

–          Review work orders

–          Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems

–          Repair or replace mechanical units or components

–          Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications

–          Perform scheduled maintenance service

–          Test and adjust units to specifications

–          Complete reports to record problems and work performed
